I don't know what to call this - basically a big metal pot with a bunch of holes and hot coals inside. You dip meat in beaten eggs, douse the pot with oil, then fry the meat on top. Veggies go in the little "boat"on the side. Then everything gets dipped in a lime-chili sauce. Delicious!
